when I print an email that has attachments, the print preview shows the attachment name and icon but the print out doesn't show it. Outlook 2000 on windows XP. Any ideas?

Before printing, change the format of the message to plain text and your
attachment names will print along with the message.

I cannot change the format of a message. the options are greyed out to
choose html or plain text.

Open the message and click Edit>Edit Message. You should then be able to
change the format.
