Attachments in Outlook express

Does anyone know what to do when everytime you get sent
an attachment it says "OE removed access to the following
unsafe attachment" It is happening with all kinds of
attachments for example word. I know these attachments
are safe and do not contain viruses. How do I view them?

Tools|Options|Security

BTW, this is a newsgroup for Outlook, not Outlook Express.
