Hi:
Just started using Outlook 2003 and find that it is
blocking attachments that are being sent to me even
though these are not Level 1 attachments. The attachment
extension is .$#! and is encrypted. Outlook is also
blocking these attachments that were sent to me prior to
upgrading to Outlook 2003 which used to work fine. I
found this doc on MS Support

is assuming that the attachment that is being blocked is
a Level 1 attachment, which .$#! is not.
Any ideas why this attachment is being blocked by Outlook?
