I currently have a problem where attachments sent with Outlook 2003 in an
html format email are sometimes not being received by the recipients. There
appears to be no pattern. Is it possible that the cause of this erratic
behaviour could be caused by bad memory? I just discovered this hardware
problem. TIA.

I am having a similar issue but with Outlook 2000.
Since upgrading my O/S from ME to XP a week ago,
attachments are only occassionally being received by the
recipients. Problem is very random.

What is this memory problem you are referring to? Have
you received any feedback from anyone regarding this issue?

My memory problem is a bad stick of RAM, which I suspect is unrelated to the
attachment problem. I refer you to MS Knowledge Base Article 83030
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;830302&Product=out2003
which describes the attachment problem. However, I already have Outlook set
to send email in html format, and the problem still presists. Anyone have
any comments or suggestions?
