Hello,
I have an email with an excel attachment sent to me daily from the same
person. The attachment always has the same name. Lately, I have not been
able to open the attachement. Whether I select "open it" or "save to disk" I
get the error message:
"Can't create file: [name of file].xls. Right-click the folder you want to
create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check
your permissions for the folder."
If I forward the email to someone else and they open the file, save it with
a different name and send it back to me I can open it.
Any ideas on how I resolve this? Thank you.
