Attachment Removal

How can I "Remove" or delete an attachment from an incoming email? When I
right-click on the attachment, the "Remove" option is "grayed out"

try opening the email. then right click on the file in the "attachment box."

The *preview* pane does not permit all the options when viewing the mail
within its own windows. It's a preview pane. Double-click on the item to
open in its own window, right-click on the attachment, and select Remove.
