I've got a attachment problem thats increasing in numbers of users at work
getting it.

This is a XLS sheet which is sent to multiple recipients, this sheet is a
statistics sent every week to the same recipients.
When some of the recipients tries to open it they get a dialogue box
containing something like this: "Can't open the attachment. Can not create
the file "filename". Right click on the folder you want to create the file
in, then choose Properties on the quick menu to check the sharing permission
for the folder."

Something like that, It's in norwegian so it's my translation :)

The users is logged in as local administrators with all permissions. The
outlook pst file is under 2gb and i've installed Office XP SP3. They are
running Windows XP pro, and i've installed SP2 on some of the workstations.
It can be opened on some WinXP pc's and on all of the win98 pc's.. Any
ideas??
I hope..

This can be a problem when the Temporary Internet Files cache is full.
