How do I attach something and have it open in the message body? I don't want
my receipents to have to open the attachment when they receive my email, I
want it to be open at the end of the message body.

Insert it as text. It won't be an attachment that way; it'll just be part
of the message.

There isn't any way to make the attachment open automatically without end-
user action, nor should there be.
