we are using windows XP and office 2003 with Outlook.
We send out a daily email to a group of people, we type the email in word -
we can attach the file and send it and everything is o.k.
We would like to send it as the body of the email, when sent as an html format
it appears in the body (for all but one receipient) but two attachments also
appear oledata.mso and an image0001.wmz file (which we can't open)
We learned that this may be due to the email sending as HTML so we changed
it to Rich text format, when we do that they don't get the attachments or the
text in the body of the email.
What are we doing wrong. everything looks good on the senders machine.
