Attachment Field (Access 2007)

In queries, Attachment Fields with more than one attachment seem to create an
instance of the record for each attachment. How can I supress the multiple
instances in, for example, List Boxes? That is, I just want to show the
record once.
 
Sorry folks... this question didn't get posted to the correct forum (Access).
Anyway, I've found the answer myself (I read the manual! Go figure!) Ignore
this post.
