Attachment blocking

Outlook is blocking attachemnts automatically which is
preventing me from opening files that I need. How can I
stop Outlook automatically blocking attachments "for my
protection"?

Isn't it infuriating when your software makes your
decisions for you?!

Are you running a Virus Scan software that may be doing this? Also there
may be a virus or attachment blocking software on the server.
