Attaching photos from live.com email to yahoo customer

Hello this is my first try to email photos to my dad who is a yahoo customer.
I have downloaded all my photos, put in my email address, my dad's email
address, but now the system is asking about the pop3. I am totally confused!
It doesn't take much! Where do I find this info on my system? Thanks!
 
Have you used email before? If so, it would be helpful if you told us how
you normally send email, and why you didn't use your normal method of
sending. If you have an existing email address, what is the part after
the @ symbol?
