Attaching files to Forms--is it possible?

I'm wondering if there's a way to attach a file (like an
Excel Spreadsheet) to be submitted with a form in Front
Page? I've tried to insert a file into a "Comments" text
box, but that won't work...

Any ideas?
 
Not possible when using the FP From Handler. If using FP2002 and the host
server also has the FP2002 extensions, then you can use the File Upload
component, however the file still will not be attached to an email.
