Just a quick question because I dont currently have a
system to test. If I attach an additional IDE drive to my
XPE box and reboot, XPE should detect the drive right?
Will it load a drive letter or do I need to run Disk
Admin?

Thanks,
Tim

Hi Tim,

There is no thing like drive letter with fixed disks. You get volume letters for each disk partition that is not hidden.

So XPe will give you all volume letters for disk you insert automatically.

Make sure:
1. That each HDD have different DiskID (do not use two cloned disks in the same device).
2. That disk is formatted.
3. That disk driver did not failed (vetoed) during the XPe load. If it did you will need to commit EWF and reboot computer.

Best regards,
Slobodan

Thanks Slobodan.
