Attached E-mail File with .amc extension

My son is in the US Navy stationed in Japan. He uses a
Cell phone with a camera on it. He sent me an e-mail
with a 15 second video attached file that has an ".amc"
file extension.

I cannot open the file, as windows xp does not recognize
the extension. What can I do to open the file and play
the brief video?
