Attach .exe file in Outlook

My Outlook 2000 program won't let me attach and send an .exe file. Is there
any way that I can unblock those files at least temporarily??

Assuming that u have applied SP3 to Office/Outlook 2000, see

Yes, it will. (Read the warning message again.) The problem is that the
person you're sending to may not be able to read it. Zip it or change the
file extension to .ex_ and include instructions in your message on how to
save it as a file and rename it.
