Attach an e-mail

How can I attach an e-mail from my sent files to a new e-mail that I am
creating? I know that if I save the e-mail in outlook format to "My
Documents" that I can then attach it as a file but isn't there a way to
attach it strait from the sent folder?
 
Try "Forward as attachment."
