P puzzled Sep 4, 2008 #1 I have set up my att email account carefully but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?

If your account is with the former SBC division of AT&T, see http://helpme.att.net/article.php?item=10707 If you continue to get error messages, right-click on the error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here. We can't do much troubleshooting without that complete error message.
