I'm sure someone knows of my problem. The annoying pop-up that says
there's a problem with ATI External Event Utility. I've been to the website
to try to get the "newer" version but I have no clue how to navigate that
hellhole of a website. So could someone please just tell me how to disable
the ATI External Event Utility? It's driving me crazy.

- look in your \Program Files\ATI Technologies for the ATI uninstaller -
ATICimUn.exe
- run it and remove all traces of ATI products off your PC
- go out and buy an NVidia card...

Open Windows Defender, go to Tools, Software Explorer, Startup programs and
find the right ATI file that is loading at startup and disable it. You can
always go back and re-enable if it causes problems. This program seems to be
for the Hotkeys in ATI software, so you might want to open ATI software and
change your options to NOT use Hotkeys. The file might be: ati2evxx.exe.
