It was NVidia first now ATI also caught cheating with their drivers to score better in 3DMark2003. :angry:

I'm not sure whether or not I would actually consider this to be cheating. They just optimized their drivers in order to get the maximum scores. nVidia, on the other hand, cheated, like ATi did in Quake3 a year or so ago.

ATi is not really at fault here, as what they did was perfectly legal.
