ASUS ASRock M266A Mother Board

I am considering buying a kit of components to build my first PC - this
motherboard is included and I'd like to ask the group if there is any reason
NOT to buy this board -ASUS ASRock M266A Mother Board ?

My main machine is an AMD 2400XP on an ASROCK K7VM2 mobo with a stick of
Kingston 512K RAM (333). Haven't had any weird things happen, running
Win2K on it.
