associate email account with pst file

I want to create a new pst file and associate a pop3 email account with that
pst file.
ex. When you create a new hotmail account in outlook 2003 it creates a new
pst file that it uses for it's inbox, sent items, deleted items, etc... I
want to create a new pst file and have everything that comes and goes from a
certain pop3 account to go through that pst file.

Is this possible without creating a bunch of rules?
How should I do this?

Thanks

Create a new Outlook profile.

You cannot associate a .pst file and a POP3 account. Incoming POP3 messages
will be in the Inbox of the default store; ditto Sent Items. You can use a
rule to move incoming items to a different folder, if you prefer.

The only way to do that is to create a new Outlook profile for that email
address.
