Am using Outlook 2003.
When I go to do an e-mail and I click TO: to get to my
address book, I have people listed who only have FAX
numbers as well as those who have e-mail addresses??
Also those with both E-mail addresses and FAX numbers have
both listed in the address book. Whay is the Fax
information showing up there and how do I get that to not
show up as a line item in my address book.
