Assign a Hyperlink to a command button

i am using excell 2002,
want to creat a command button using visual Basic on a work book , an
then want to assing a hyperlink to another sheet and a specific cell .,
suppose it is a button on worksheet 1. and command button want to tak
it to sheet 4 cell N20

what should be the code for it

Command Button not needed; on ws 1 cell A1 at the menu Insert Hyperlink
Select "Place in this Document" Complete 2 open boxes with your data; OK
out
Right click on Ht created select Edit Hyper link - change "Text to Display"
to desired
