ASPX page for microsoft premier support

The following page is showing a "Page cannot be displayed" error for two
users in my group. We are using Internet Explorer 6.0SP1(version 2800.1106CO)
and both DotNEt 1.0 and 1.1 are installed.

Anyone have any ideas?

By the way...the OS is Win2K_SP4 and this works perfectly for others that
have a similar setup in our office.
