ASP.net page not viewable from other machines.

I have a computer in a network. I have an aspx page on the webroot of
that machine.(Webroot/folder/form.aspx) But when I try to access this
page from other machines using the address http://folder/form.aspx this
page can not be seen

can somebody tell me why and how to overcome please?
 
Eranga,

Try it first with the IP address of your computer and than with the
domainname of that.
