ASP.NET Machine A...

After reformatting the hard drive and reinstalling Windows XP I have a user account titled ASP.NET Machine A... . My question is-why?I don't want to delete the account without more info. but I don't want Microsoft having their own account on my computer. Any help would be appreciated.

You installed the Windows Update for Net Framework 1.1. You likely do not
need the account, but it is benign. IMO, leave it.
