ASP.NET error

The Web sever reported the following error when attempting to create or open
the Web project located at the following URL: 'Location:
http://localhost/WebApplication1' 'HTTP/1/1 403 Access Forbibidden'

Have you remembered to put "Default.aspx" in the list in IIS? (where
index.htm and a few others are listed)

Actually - I am using Visual Studio.NET - not 2005.
