asp net 2.0 upgrade issue

Hi all,

I've just downloaded the lastest 2.0 from microsoft site and have installed
both the framework and sdk. I have just tried to open my project but it
will not open. I am running vs2003 asp net2.0 from the 2.0 beta. Is there
something I missed?

Dot net Framework 2.0 is compatible with VS-2005 only..it wont work in
VS-2003...
