AsmiHwIo.dll and asLM75.sys cant be opened

I have put together my system and an error has occured.
When I restart the computer, these errors pop up during
startup in windows. The first error pops up saying "Can't
load AsmiHwIo.dll" and the second error behind that
says "can't open kernel driver asLM75.sys." I need help to
get rid of these errors! HELP ME PLEASE!
