Article KB302089 (Prevent Messenger from running) SUX!!!!!!

I just followed the instructions on article KB302089 "How
to Prevent Windows Messenger from Running on a Windows XP-
Based Computer" and now my Outlook Express takes 30
seconds to start up. If I enable again the windows
messenger (changing the DWORD back to 0 from the
instructions on kb302089) Outlook starts in less then 1
sec.

Microsoft now needs to post a "new bug fix" to fix
this "bug fix"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Thanks a lot Jonathan, it worked. Microsoft sould include
that registry entry on their article!!
