"Arrows" on Forwarded Messages

How do I eliminate those annoying "arrows" on the left side of the forwarded
message. I used to know how to eliminate same; I thought it was under the
"options" folder but can't seem to locate it. Help was no help - not sure
what the "arrows" are called in the Help menu....

Tools -> Options -> Preferences -> Email Options, On Replies and
Forwards section.
 
Go to: Options | Preferences tab | Email options | in the bottom half of that
window choose from the dropdown windows in both reply and forward, "Include
original message text" instead of "Include and indent original message text".
