arrows keys

Hi Els,
If by that you mean that if by pressing 'ONCE' on one of the arrow
keys the current windows keeps on going up, then it's not a software
Windows' thing - it's a stuck [sticking] key board that's to blame.
[carefully] remove the keys by VERY GENTLY prying them, then give them a
good wash. Get a cotton bud and some alcohol and clean all round the place
the key just came out of, then return the keys, VERY GENTLY pressing them
into place until they click home. (*NB If the keys will not come out, do
not force them too much, some keyboards will allow you to remove keys and
some not).
If it's something else that you mean, then I would re-post explaining, a
little clearer, exactly what you mean by "sckroll mode"???

Els,
You most definitely need a NEW keyboard IF this is, indeed, a genuine
request for advice!

normally? thanks

Is this for the same keyboard for your daughter that your grandson sat
on and damaged? If so, you'll have to wait until your daughter replaces
her son's damage by replacing the damaged keyboard on her computer that
you are using.
