Arrow keys

I am using Excel 97 and for some reason my arrow keys now control the scroll
bars instead of moving the cell selection point.
Is this a setup option somewhere?

Fred,

Check your scroll lock key to see if it is engaged. If so, this will cause
the arrow keys to scroll instead of moving from cell to cell.
