arrow keys

To move from cell to cell, I used my arrow and enter
keys. They no longer work in Excel. I have to click on
each cell to get there. Do you know how to fix it?
Thanks.
 
What happens when you use the arrow key? Check if your scroll lock is on or
if
you have something under tools>options>transition
