arrow funtionality in excel

hi!

i just installed excel 2003 and when i use the arrow keys the whole worksheet moves as if i was using the scrollbars. i'd like them to work the conventional way, changing cell or expanding the marked cell area. i've been looking through the options alternatives but i can't find any help. i've also searched throught the help section withour any reslut. please help!
