Array formula returning wrong results

One of my arrray formula giving me two fifferent results.In one case it is
giving correct result and the same formula in other case(I didn't modified
the range) giving me wrong results.I did verified by clicking' fx' edit
formula button in formula bar and verified the formula result,surprisingly
the formula result in that formula edit widow showing correct result.I am
puzzled and helpless.Everytime after entering array formula I used
cntrl+shift+enter buttons.
 
Show the formulae and data?
