Arrange Orgainze each folder

Hello,

I created a few extra folders to have my emails using message rules to go
into.

But the folders are not in the order I want them such as

Inbox
Outbox
Sent Items
Deleted Items
Drafts
New folder 1
New folder 2
New folder 3

For example I want to move New folder 2 below the inbox how do I move them,
I tried to drag but they end up going inside another folder.

I appreciate any help,
