Sometimes I'm unable to access the internet inspite of my
internet icon(2 flashing computer screens on the bottom
of my monitor) showing that I'm connected. When I select
the support tab and subsequently the repair tab, I get a
message that states "Rpair failed due to unability to
flush ARP Cache" I don't have any concept of what this
means, nor do i have any confidence that this is in fact
the problem. I got the runaround from both Charter (my
isp) and Compaq (my computer manufacturer). Any advice
would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Bobby
