I've just migrated my Outlook .pst to a new computer and have a problem.
Here's what I did:
- Was running O2K on W2K on old computer
- Installed O2K3 on XP on new computer
- Copied .pst file from old computer to new computer
- On new computer went File --> Import and Export --> Import from another
program or file --> Personal folder file (.pst) etc.
Now on my new machine I have *three* Personal Folders items under All Mail
Folders. And these three items are exact duplicates i.e. I can't remove any
of them because the Close Personal Folders menu item is unavailable when I
right-click on any of them.
Any ideas what happened and how I can remove or hide the duplicate folders?
Will it cause any problems later to leave them as they are? Thanks in
advance
