Arggg! (as Popeye would say)... years of wrong appointment times - is there a fix?

My boss (of course) has several years of Outlook appointments both in the
past and scheduled for the future, that are exactly four hours off. I think
this happened in a recent upgrade from 98 to XP Pro. Now the computer clock
is set right, but all the the appoints are four hours off. Any ideas on how
to fix this without resetting 100's of appointments?
