hi, maybe it would a little bit off-tropic, but my trouble is when sometimes
i am going to register some service of some websites ,they would ask me to
fill in the area zip code.
is there any homepage or freeware by using which i could check one country's
area zip code ?

I don't know of any freeware to do the job, but there are online
resources. Googling for +"zip code" +database turns up a lot. Here's
one, which only uses USPS data:
