Are there any good Emoticom sites that works safely w/Outlook?

With all the Cyber attacks lately, I'm nervous about downloading anything
that opens doors to my PC undetected.

Does anyone know of a safe Emoticom site(s) that works well and safely with
MS Outlook? If the emoticoms are free--even better!

That's smart. Make sure you are behind a good firewall, that you keep your
OS and applications patched (Windows Update/Office Update), and that you
have good, constantly updated antivirus software. Also run Spybot & AdAware
periodically to check for malware - and don't install *anything* you don't
need, and don't know to be safe/trustworthy.

No idea, and I wouldn't trust anything I found anyway. Why do you need fancy
emoticons at all? If you use word as your email editor, it will make some
for you - as in, colon close-paren will make a smiley. Keep your e-mail
simple (no stationery, animated gifs, etc.) and your recipients will thank
you for it.
 
And to add to what Lanwench has said, avoid at all costs Hotbar and other
add-ins that install spyware, trojans, backdoors, etc.

The best advice is to avoid any Emoticon add-ins as they add no value except
risk.
