Are Addins Not Supported for Outlook?

I dont have a option for addin in the tools menu is it somewhere else in outlook 2000?

Going from memory... look in tools, options, other, advanced... if Ol2000
doesn't have an Advanced button on Other tab, it's definitely on tools,
options and you have to dig around for it.
