Arctic Theme for Frontpage

I have Frontpage 2000 and am editing a page created in 200 version with the
Arctic theme. Can I download a copy of that theme from somewhere? Any
problems editing in 2000 when the page was created in 2003?
 
If the theme is compatibility with FP2000, when you open the site directly in FP on the live/remote
server, FP will bring in the theme. The structure of themes have changed between the versions, so
you may not be able to work with a FP2003 theme in FP2000.
