Archiving

Is there a way that you can archive in the webmail version of outlook? If so,
how?

That's Outlook Web Access and is actually NOT Outlook but rather an
Exchange client.

(And the answer is no. On the Server side you can do some mailbox
cleanup/management but that's not controlled from the OWA client)
