Archiving messages

We are migrating from GroupWise to Exchange. In GroupWise, the users were
able to archive a particular message by right-clicking on the message and
selecting Archive. Is there a way a user can archive a message on the fly
instead of waiting for an auto-archive? Also if you can point me to some
documentation on this subject, I would greatly appreciate...
Thanks!

-Properly back-up and restore your Outlook data
-Creating a Permanent New Mail Desktop Alert in Outlook 2003

The only options there are to archive 'Folders'. I just want to archive a
specific message, at the time I am sitting at the PC. Do you have to drag a
message to a folder and then it autoarchives according to a specified date?
And you have to change that date every time you want to archive a file at
that moment? There must be an easier way??? Or am I missing something...
Thanks.
