ARC firmware error

I tried to reinstall WinXP Pro and it failed so I
downloaded the floppy boot disks and tried that. Now I
get the following message:

Windows could not staart because of the following ARC
firmware boot configuration problem:
Did not properly generate ARC name for HALs system path.

Can anybody help me???
 
What kind of motherboard do you have? It's showing Alpha motherboards when
I Googled your configuration problem.
 
I have a MSI K7266 Pro.
