Arabic Language Support for translating to English from a website

I have Arabic Language Support functioning (I guess). It
is listed in my ADD/REMOVE programs. But if I go to a
website such as Aljazeera, it does not translate it for
me. Isn't this what Arabic Support is for? If anyone has
any information, please respond. Tim

Arabic (or any other for that matter) "language support" in Internet
Explorer is a misnomer. It's not "language support", it's "text support". If
you have Arabic language support functioning, all that means is that you
should be able to *see* text written in the Arabic alphabet correctly.
