Appt times from Outlook via Activesync to pocketpc add one hour

I'm trying to sync from Outlook to Pocketpc via Activesync. The
syncronization works but my calender entry adds one hour when it syncs.

please check 2 settings:

a.) Control panel/Date and Time/Timezone
- is it your timezone and is there a flag for "automaticly changing of
daylight saving time"?
(This option is available only in time zones that use daylight saving time.)

don´t change this setting, only remember this setting.

b.)
On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Preferences tab.
Click Calendar Options.
Click Time Zone.
check the setting for daylight saving time

Do you have different settings to the Windows time settings and the settings
on the Palm?

Maybe you have different settings and this different is the "hour".
